The ABN AMRO World tennis tournament is an annual hard-court tennis tournament which is held in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The event is a part of the ATP World Tour 500 series which is held at Ahoy Rotterdam, since 1972 and is regarded as one of the most prestigious events in Netherlands. Due to the sponsorship rights the tournament is known as ABN AMRO World tennis tournament; ABN AMRO has sponsored the world’s biggest indoor tennis tournament since 1974.
There is a Tennis Plaza which is situated between the center court and the VIP area. The Plaza offers a wide range of great entertainment for players as well as for spectators to relax after an exciting match. There is a Sports Plaza near Court 1 which allows the spectators to practice a bit of tennis related activities. The event is expanding with every year as there were 46,000 spectators in the first edition of the event whereas there were over 100,000 sppectators in the last two editions. With this, the prize money of the tournament has also increased and the tournament is broadcasted to 172 countries.

The Abierto Mexicano Telcel is an annual clay-court tennis tournament which is held in Acapulco, Mexico. It is one of the 11 ATP World Tour 500 events, which concludes the four tennis tournament “Golden Swing” through Latin America. The event takes place at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess in Acapulco, Mexico. This is a favorite destination amongst the clay court specialists. The men’s event is the ATP World Tour 500 whereas the women’s event is the WTA Tour International event. The tournament has been on the ATP Tour since 1993 and on the WTA Tour since 2001.
